The Halloween event in Pokémon GO started with a sole Shiny Pokémon in Sableye. A few days ago players started reporting that Shiny Duskull was available, and today it’s Shuppet’s turn.

This staggered release is somewhat odd, and yet to have any official word, but it’s been confirmed to be legitimate.
