Long-time Pokémon GO Dataminer Chrales has revealed all the new research quests required to unlock Celebi in the game. These have just gone live as well.

Rewards known so far include a Sun Stone, Silver Pinap Berries (a new item – both increases candy earned from catching by 2, and the catch rate by 1.8), and of course Celebi by the end.
