Trailers reveal details on fighting Legendaries in Let’s Go

A new trailer for Pokémon Let’s Go, Pikachu and Eevee has given us fresh details on how encountering – and catching – Legendary Pokémon works. This was followed by updates to the official website. The GO Park, used for transferring Pokémon from Pokémon GO, was also showcased. Check the trailer below!

In summary:

  • The GO Park contains 20 parks, each holding 50 Pokémon – meaning you can store a total of 1,000 Pokémon.
  • There’s no limit to the number of Pokémon GO accounts that can be tied to a single save file in Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! or Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee!
  • A minigame can be played in the area, which involves leading Pokémon to a goal area within 3 minutes while avoiding obstacles. You are rewarded with Candy for powering up your Pokémon. To play the game you need 25 of the same species of Pokémon.
  • With Legendary Pokémon, you have to defeat them in a battle before having a chance to catch them.
  • There are in-game Trainers who will trade their Alolan form Pokémon with you.

We’ll update with more images shortly.
